A rare piece!
This is an original Romanian manufacture, military, AIM-74 rear sight.
These sights were new manufactured and never installed in a rifle, they are coated with heavy oil and sat in storage at the factory.
These sights are original and have markings for 100 to 1,000 meters. 
Some rear sights have very light pencil markings on the bottom.
