This is an original Romanian manufacture, military, AIM-74 rear sight block.
These rear sight blocks were new manufactured and never installed on a rifle, they are coated with heavy oil and sat in storage at the factory.
These rear sight blocks do not have the rear sight spring or rear sight leaf, but include the (installed) gas tube retention lever.
