US Manufactured G3 replacement straight wall early style cocking tube with steel cocking pivot block installed, *New* It is a plain steel tube, no ribs or contours, the outer diameter appears larger than the factory part. The tubing wall appears to be thicker than that of the original parts. The cocking handle support moves freely inside the tube, as does the extension on the front of the bolt carrier. Both ends are turned down, the front to fit into the front sight triple frame and the rear to slip into the stamped receiver over the trunnion. The steel block that the cocking handle pivots against is already welded into place using the catch piece for the cocking handle. The slot and notch for the cocking handle is already milled out. The holes are drilled for installing/removing the cocking handle pin. The groove turned around the front of the tube should allow the handguard screw to clear. The plain steel tube has not had any finish applied. Fitting will be required when installing this part. These do not look original when installed, they are intended as a functional replacement.
