These 5 inch long barrels were made here in the USA as spare parts and delivered during WWII to British Commonwealth Forces.
They are marked 38 S&W caliber, NOT .38 Special.
These replacement barrels have a fixed front sight and have the locking bolt already installed in the barrel lug.
