Originally painted green, most has rusted away/chipped off.
Tripod was intended to be used with a wheel carriage system (wheels NOT includeds).
The head / cradle for mounting the launcher tube is not included.
These same tripods are manufactured in China.
Shows signs of rust, wear, marring, grime, etc...
