Comes with torch cut receiver to ATF standards.
The the barrel has been drilled through into the bore in 3 spots, breech, middle, and muzzle.
Barrel is approximately 20.5 inches long.
The barrel has three holes drilled into it, rendering it inoperable.
Shows signs of surface rust, wear, marring, grime, etc...
