The H&K Hook mounting bracket allows for mounting the sling on a wide array of rifles that may only have simple sling loops for mounting points. 

The QD Swivel mounting bracket allows for attachment to most modern rifle/carbine setups, and must be used in conjunction with QD mounting points.

Parashooter Gear set out to make this sling as simple and light weight as possible while keeping all the features you would expect from a modern rifle sling. 
The quick adjust slider is intuitive and easy to use while also being small and non-obstructive, without any pull tabs or excess material that can get snagged on gear.
