These parts have some surface rust and dried grease, and show signs of wear from battlefield use.
The slot in the screw is going to be flared at both ends from being turned in and out.
This machine screw and cup washer are used to attach the steel hinge half to the front end of the wood stock.

NOT usable in the British Lanchester 9mm SMG.
