This man portable shoulder fired recoilless rifle comes with the optical sight in an adjustable mount.
2X17 telescope no78 mk1 99-960-6970 was standard issue with the M2 "Charlie G".
The M2 is also fitted with adjustable open sights, boresight inserts are included.
Includes the flexible bipod and complete cleaning kit with rod.
The entire package comes attached to a transport board and wrapped in the canvas cover.
This M2 has been demilled, with a bore sized hole cut under the should pad, and a bar welded in the chamber thru the firing mechanism passage.
Has minor scratching and grime.

These rifles dates back to 1946 when they were first developed by Hugo Abramson. The first model was aptly named the Carl Gustaf M1 and was produced by Carl Gustaf Stads Gevärsfaktori (which is where it got its name). It was introduced into the Swedish army in 1948 to fill the then empty roll of an squad operated anti-tank weapon. The Gustaf used a rifled barrel for spin-stabilising its rounds, as opposed to fins used by the other systems. It would efectively penetrate up to 400 mm of armor. In 1964 the M2 version of the Carl Gustaf was introduced. It was lighter and shorter than the Carl Gustaf M1 and quickly replaced it.
