Late model Colt Model 723 / M16A2 Carbine Upper Receiver Assembly, 14.5" Barrel, 1 in 7 twist, 5.56x45 NATO, with full-auto bolt carrier,  in *Good* condition.

These are great upper assemblies to add to your collection!
Nicknamed the "Abu Dhabi" carbine these have the case deflector of the M16A2, but retain the M16A1 rear sight.
Colt magnetic particle inspected barrels will have variations in markings.
Chrome bore is in *Good* condition, barrel profile is "notched" for the M203 mount.
Handguards are in *Good* condition, with some grime and scratches.
Colt manufactured upper receiver with casting codes and inventory control numbers etched into left side (se pictures).

This Upper Assembly includes:
- Carbine handguard assembly.
- Forged front sight assembly
- Fixed rear sight bridge with L-shape sights and windage adjustment. 
- A1 style carry handle upper, with Burton bump, dust cover and forward assist assembly.
- 14.5" barrel with A2 type birdcage flash hider and chrome lined bore.
- Colt marked M16A1/full auto bolt & carrier assembly.

NOTE: Prior to installing this length of barrel onto a rifle a NFA Form 1 must be completed and returned approved.
A 14.5 Inch length barrel installed into a shoulder fired firearm is a "Short Barreled Rifle" under the NFA.
