Own a part of history with this reliable, Colt Manufactured, Vietnam Era M16A1 upper assembly!
Barrel marked "C MP B."
Possible years of production on this assembly are between 1972 and 1982.
We believe this is a Colt upper receiver; however, there has been refinishing and the colt inspection marking is covered.
Rifling is in *Good* condition.
Parkerized barrel has the proper color.
Handguards are in *Good* condition, with some grime and scratches.
Charging handle, bolt carrier assembly, Lower assembly and buttstock are NOT included.
Light pitting in areas of bore.

This Upper Assembly includes:
- Vietnam Era M16A1 triangle type handguard assembly with handguard cap and straight barrel nut assembly.
- Front sight assembly with closed loop sling ring attached by a roll pin.
- Fixed rear sight bridge with L-shape sights and windage adjustment. 
- M16A1 style carry handle upper, with dust cover, gas tube, and tear drop forward assist assembly.
- 20" barrel with A1 type birdcage flash hider, and chrome lined bore.
