The MAR/MC-CIRAS or Combat Integrated Releasable Armor System is a great plate carrier set designed to have a quick release pull cord to allow the user to quickly remove the armor system.
This battle-proved plate carrier design has seen extensive service in the U.S. armed forces, and the quality reflects its extensive use in the service.

- MAR-CIRAS Carriers are the maritime variant, which are designed to have an extra quick release system as to allow for removal of the plate carrier if the user falls overboard.
- MC-CIRAS Carriers are the land operation variant, which include added pockets on the cummerbund for storage, and a simpler quick release system.

- Excellent+ condition plate carriers will be like new, and may come disassembled and may include original packaging and instructions.
- Good to Very Good condition plate carriers will show signs of service use, and may have stains, fraying, and cosmetic issues.
- Fair condition plate carriers will show heavy signs of service use, but will be functional. Velcro may need to be replaced, and we recommend washing these carriers before use.

There may be slight variations in cummerbunds, shoulder pads, and design features.
The armor system is built with water resistant 1000 denier dupont Cordura Nylon.
Full front, back and side molle webbing to allow for customization of pouches and accessories.
Fully adjustable with Removable shoulder pads.
