This is a 1928 barrel that has been milled down and re-threaded at the muzzle.
Sharp edges at muzzle from re-threading.
Moderate pitting in the bore.
The breech may have some repair work done (as pictured)
Shows some signs of wear, marring, surface rust, grime, custom threading work, etc...

NOTE: Prior to installing this length of barrel into a rifle a NFA Form 1 must be completed and returned approved.
A 10 Inch length barrel installed into a shoulder fired firearm is a "Short Barreled Rifle" under the NFA. 

Parts must be inspected and tested by qualified and competent gunsmiths or armorers before use in a firearm.
