Colt 604 M16 Parts Set (USAF), 20" Barrel, 3-prong flash hider, triangle handguards, M16 buttstock with solid butt plate, edgewater buffer, charging handle, slick side bolt carrier assembly, early grey finish, 5.56X45 NATO, in *Good* condition.

The upper is unmarked, which is correct on the early contract USAF M16's.
Possible years of production on this assembly are between 1969 and 1970.
Complete less the lower receiver, early rear section included with extension.
Includes early Edwater buffer assembly (as pictured).
M16 buttstock assembly (marked with rack number) with solid rubber butt plate and pistol grip.
Numbered rear sight dail with raised arrow directional marker on the receiver.
Front sight is round post, with front sling swivel.
Barrel is "C MP C" marked for Colt, Magnetic Particle, Chrome Chamber (not chrome bore).
Early style unmarked slickside Colt bolt carrier has early style staking on the gas key.
Bolt is marked for magnetic partical inspection.
Later style non-glossy triangle handguards with straight barrel nut.
Slabside upper receiver, forged front sight base with the drain hole, and 3-Prong "Improved" flash hider.
Non-chrome lined bore is in good condition with wear and light pitting.
