California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosure

This Armory Parts Exchange Inc. (dba APEX Gun Parts) California Consumer Privacy Act disclosure page is effective as of August 31st, 2022. This page is supplemental to the APEX Privacy Policy page. This page describes the personal information that we, APEX Gun Parts (Armory Parts Exchange Inc.), collects, how we collect it, how we use the information, the limited circumstances which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. These additional disclosures are required by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

Categories of personal information collected. The personal information that APEX Gun Parts collects, or has collected from consumers fall into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• identifiers such as your name, alias, address, phone numbers, or IP address;
• commercial information, such as purchase activity;
• geolocation data, such as the location of your device or computer;
• professional information, for example data you may provide about your business if you are a dealer or wholesaler.

Categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose. The personal information that APEX Gun Parts discloses to third parties fall into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act. The third-party services APEX Gun Parts uses are limited. The personal information disclosed to third parties is accessible, and managed by our customer representative teams.

• identifiers such as your name, address, phone numbers, or IP address, for example if we use a third-party carrier to deliver your order;
• personal information, such as a credit card number to complete transactions. Please note that APEX Gun Parts does not store, or have access to complete credit card information. For more information on our credit card procedures, please refer to the credit card disclosure below for more information.
• internet or other electronic network activity information, such as if we use a service provider to help us gather crash reports for analyzing the health of our devices and services;
• geolocation data, such as to prevent products from being shipped outside the United States, or locations where merchandise may have local laws and regulations restricting ownership or purchase.

Right to Request Access to or Deletion of Personal Information: You may have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to request information about the collection of your personal information by APEX Gun Parts. In addition, you have the right to access or delete your personal information gathered by APEX Gun Parts. No sale of personal information. APEX Gun Parts has not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

No Discrimination. APEX Gun Parts will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Credit Card Disclosure. APEX Gun Parts uses a third-party credit card processing company in order to fulfill transactions completed through our website. As such, APEX Gun Parts does not have access to complete credit card information used to complete transactions on our site.
